I’m appalled by Guesthouse Stekkatun. With only 2 bathrooms for 5 rooms, it's a morning nightmare. Our bathroom time was stolen by someone taking an hour! The breakfast was shockingly underwhelming—no fruit, just sad tomato slices. After this, I absolutely expected a welcome gift or room change. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The location near beautiful hiking trails was ideal.
Our stay was marred by limited bathroom availability with only 2 shared bathrooms for 5 rooms, which caused delays, particularly during morning routines. One night, a guest took nearly an hour in the bathroom, leaving us frustrated and waiting. Additionally, the breakfast options were disappointing, lacking fresh fruit and adequate replenishment.

The twin room with an extra bed was cozy and spacious, really comfy for relaxing after a long day. Everything felt clean and fresh. The decor was nice. I loved the sound isolation too. we didn’t hear any noise from outside. Only downside? The shared bathrooms can get busy during peak hours. But honestly, it was a lovely stay overall!

great stay , but needs bathroom improvements
The overall cleanliness was impressive, with bright and welcoming decor that made the space feel inviting. The spacious twin room provided ample comfort after a long day of exploring, and the garden view was a delightful bonus. I greatly appreciated the flexible breakfast hours that catered to our early schedules, allowing us to enjoy a hearty meal before heading out.
The limited number of bathrooms caused some inconvenience during busy mornings.
